Improve long waits, I was there for a cleaning and had to wait over 2 hours due to the only had one dentist; then I hd to return for a filling which turned out with a nerve problem for the way he filling was done, now they want to do a root canal; I am going to have the tooth pulled out, it is in the back anyway, I am looking for another dental service; improve pricing:

Forgive me for the rant...I do not normally bad mouth anyone or any business. We all have bad days but I can’t stress this enough-NEVER go to Aspen Dental. Never!! I went to the Queensbury office. I asked around (after my horrible experience) and their fees are extremely over priced. Most of the staff are rude and not gentle or considerate at all when doing xrays. I Just got all my top teeth extracted barely any pain afterwards at home because these really do know what they are doing all the ladies were really caring and attentive and doc as the ladies call him knows his shit I had all my upper teeth extracted i was terrified 1st appointment I had a panic attack n he said we need to reschedule and gave me a med for anxiety it worked perfectly I was terrified of the dental work but he and the ladies really do care if your alright and take every measure to make sure you are

They are a complete rip off! Do not go to any Aspen Dental. They charged my HSA card for $50 and I haven’t been there in over a year for a teeth cleaning. Then they told me I needed a root canal for a cavity in a tooth and I went to get a second opinion from a family dentistry and they said it just needed a filling. They are trying to rip people off and charge you $1000’s for procedures you don’t need.

I had a crown fall off about 4 years ago It really started to hurt. I stopped in Aspen dental I have a small dental plan that doesn't cover very much I decided to have my tooth pulled they hooked me up with financing to cover the price of the tooth As I I can make payments The staff is unbelievably friendly and they care how yyou feel. The Dr that pulled my tooth did it in like 4 minutes I was on my way in 1 half hour. No pain at all. I recommend them to everyone. Even if you don't have insurance they will help you. I had an absolute horrid experience here. They conned me on the phone telling me about a free consult before they would care for me "that day". My tooth is Impacted broken and hurting so much I can't think properly. They wasted three hours taking information and X-rays and saying all the great stuff they will do to help me( which I truly believe they could do a perfect job at). I didn't need to be told what I wanted done. I already knew what I wanted done. I walked in with 3000$ cash ready to spend on my hurt tooth being fix... read more

I think this is the best dentist I've ever been to. They are very thorough and diagnosed my gingivitis and gave me a prohearh toothbrush and rinse and checked me for oral cancer.
