My experiences with this office are beyond remarkable!! The new office manager is In a class way above her predecessor, who was always rude and condescending to the staff and patients. Justina Moore is a true asset to the practice for her kindness and efficiency with patients, but more importantly in how she treats her coworkers. Teaching an associate how to work with me on a payment schedule was much nicer than just doing it herself, and it helped the employee learn her job better by mentoring her.
