I have only good things to say about my experience at East Greenbush Aspen Dental. I was a new patient and spoke with a kind and lovely receptionist who scheduled my appointment the same day. The woman who did my x rays was professional and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable. I had a bad tooth that needed to be extracted. First off-I dislike going to the dentist but, since I started coming to this location, I've turned my thinking around. The receptionists, office manager, dental hygienists, and dentists are wonderfully accommodating, kind, and professional. I've only had positive experiences when going to the Rensselaer location; I highly recommend visiting this office.

So far I'll give them a four but considering less than 12 hours ago I had 10 teeth removed that's damn good. Not stingy with the novacaine. In fact the shots themselves hurt more than the extractions and only one of the several shots I had really made me wince. Dentures are in but it is way too soon to say if I like them. There are some design changes I would suggest but that's just my preference. So far I've only taken 2 Ibuprofen so the post operative pain hasn't been too bad. My experience was excellent from the moment I entered. I had 2 teeth extracted and was on my way in 40 minutes. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. I will defiantly be returning for future work to be done on my teeth.
My daughter loves seeing Dana for her cleaning. Justina and her staff are Great!! Thank you Dr. Reinhorn for your great chairside manner. Makes the exam so easy.
