For someone who always loathed going to the dentist, this place was a godsend. Very friendly, very informative and VERY personable. 5 star experience without question.

I had 15 teeth pulled and dentures put in the same day. The dentist was very tuned in to any pain that I might be feeling and was reassuring and caring through the extraction process. I was in the chair no longer than 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. This has been a positive experience from the beginning and I have not regretted choosing Aspen Dental (with NO hidden costs whatsoever). I would recommend them to anyone . Inez B.

I contacted Aspen Dental on Troy Rd, Renss last week. I was in pain and my regular dentist had advised that the tooth be pulled asap. (he does not do extractions). A year ago Aspen Dental had taken me on an emergency basis and extracted a tooth that very day!! This time I was told I would have to go to the Niskayuna ofc for an extraction. I wouldn’t recommend this practice. They’ll do a serious amount of things just to get started, and then recommend things that you don’t need or that are not covered under your insurance. I went there because I wanted a cleaning, and they couldn’t even do that. I wasted my time, going out from from to attend this place and for nothing. Not to mention the person on the phone is very rude.

after going there for ten years , their hygienist all of a sudden does not accept my dental insurance and does not have the descency to inform me. The dentist participates but not the hygienist. I get a bill for the cleaning and office staff pretends like they don't know why it was denied. Extremely poor business practice.

I arrived at appointment on June 9th to have an employee tell me I have to pay for THEIR dental hygienists PPE! ITS INSANE! I walked out and will never come back. I don’t recall if it was $10 or $15 surcharge, which is certainly the company making a profit for PPE they are required to supply to their own employees. No way does PPE cost $10-15 per person. Not to mention a hygienist already wears a good amount of PPE pre COVID, so not sure what $10-15 of additional PPE they are adding. This was the last straw on top of all t... read more
