Friendly and confident staff. Very clean Office.
I was in much need of new dentures. I had lost a great deal of weight partially because my dentures were sooo loose that I was unable to chew and therefore unable to eat sufficiently to sustain good health. I called ASPEN after viewing the TV SPOTS. They assured me that if I did not have insurance, the initial exam, x-rays etc.would be free. I do not recommend because we have went to Aspen Dental back to back years and both times they cannot process our insurance correctly. They process one child correct but not the other. Different children each time. Their customer service is terrible and took me three phone calls over two months to get corrected the first time. We are two phones calls in and over three weeks this time and still not resolved. I’ll just give up on their lack of insurance knowledge.

last time I️ scheduled and appointment, I️ arrived 20 minutes early to find out they canceled my appointment because I️ didn’t confirm it. I️ received no call, text or letter for that I needed to confirm. this time, I️ arrived to have them ask me for $80 for my cleaning prior to service. I’m a new patient and this was my first routine cleaning done at Aspen on 41st. It was insanely expensive (over $200 for cleaning, exam, and fluoride? Wtf?), and the dentist was dreadful. Didn’t introduce himself, mauled my mouth with a very aggressive “examination” that lasted all of 20 or 30 seconds, and only thought to ask me whether I had any questions as he was leaving the room - meaning I couldn’t respond even if I had wanted to.
