Horrible experience. My wife called in guess it’s to a call center. Anyways, she wanted a free price quote on veneers. They said no problem scheduled her an apt. She went in they sat her down took a X-ray. When my wife got confused asked that all she wanted was a price quote they stopped what they were doing moved her to a room gave her a price quote and sent her on her way. Month later. We got a 99 dollar bill from aspen for X-rays. Guess the call center screwed up marked her as a new patient sign up. They didn’t fig... read more

My husband I have been going to them for several year. Last year I had 2 crowns put in. It took 3 visits to get them to fit. They had to remake the crown after taking many pictures AGAIN. It was uncomfortable with the probe in my mouth again for that long. They made dentures for my husband,. He had to go there many time because they didn't fit correctly. Come to find out there were 2 many teeth in the denture. Who make those kind of mistakes? Then this week he had another appointment Wed. It got canceled because of... read more

I have had bad teeth my whole life and have spent many hrs in dentist chairs. I was excited to have my teeth pulled and getting dentures so I can finally be happy with my smile. My experience to begin with was ok, they took xrays then I saw the dentist. We agreed that I would need all of my remaining teeth pulled. I was sent to speak with the finance guy. The estimate was over $11000, after a coupon and insurance it was still over $7000. $200- $300 per tooth to pull. I am not sure why it is that much when they are do... read more

I had very poor teeth and needed dentures. I went in, had the hygienist see me, then the dentist. It took a little longer than I had planned, but felt as if I was a valued customer. They did not try to sell me anything other than what I was asking about; although they did show me a couple other options. I saw the financial guy - looking at financing - and looked at different denture/payment options. I never felt rushed to make a decision or pressured to do one thing or another. I have had my temporaries for approximat... read more

I had to sit and wait to get into my appointment for 15 minutes. The dental hygienist was VERY rough and I had to stop her because it hurt so bad. I have NEVER experienced this before at other dental clinics. Once finished I was sent to talk to someone about a dental implant which I have said several times I am not interested in. They wanted to give me invisaline for 7-10 months and I travel so I couldn't do it anyway cuz it has to be with the same office. When they told me my bill amount it was more than it should have... read more

When I checked in for my first visit, was told how to fill out registration papers. Didn't have to wait very long to be called back. Had a cleaning yesterday and will have a crown put on tomorrow. Donna Brownell

The entire experience was awful. I waited an hour past my appointment time. Staff rushing everywhere. Apologizing for such a cramped schedule. Very unprofessional and unsettling. I have never had a cavity or any dental issues. Went in for a check up. After a completely uncomfortable procedure with the hygienist, I was told I had Periodontal Disease and needed a very expensive procedure and follow up visits. Was so told I had 4 cavities. Was told I had bone loss and was never shown my xrays or pics of my teeth indicating cav... read more
