The doctor I met with for my first visit was very knowledgeable and nice. As far as the rest of my visit not so good. The office is not very good at following up.

This was my second visit to them and was totally disgusted the second time as well! They advertise "affordable" dentures, buy then when you're in their office they quote astronomical prices

I travel for work and go to Aspen Dental's all over the country. I love going to the dentist. This was the worst experience of my life. They put antibiotics in my mouth. Without my permission. And I'm allergic to antibiotics. I was not told the cost. I was told they were sending me home with some supplies. Didn't know those supplies were going to cost $300. That is not sending me home. I came in for 2 things. 1 to get a tooth crownd or pulled if that was the case. 2 wanted to see bout getting my teeth whitened. I was told a few other things that needed to be done. However i recomened ths place to my mom so she could get new denture, howevere it has been 4 months and she is still having aloy of trouble gettig them fixed and there is no refund. Im very sorry that i recomende her to you.

I think Aspen Dental needs some serious help in how to treat their clients. Never been treated so poorly ever. I have a horrible tooth ache, after waiting forever to get in they caused me more pain and made me an appointment for next week. Really who does that. Then the tech had the nerve to yell at me and tell me everything is not always a cake walk. People like that shouldn't be working with the public.

Was very upset after coming inane just wanting a chipped tooth fixed. After many X-rays and a sermon from hygentist I was told they wanted to do 3 crowns and numb my gums and do cleaning. Also wanted to send me to an orthodontist to have a tooth pulled that has been there since the beginning of time. Just the dentist was going to cost $6000 and that didn't include the orthodontist. What a rip off. Will never recommend them to anyone.

2 Months ago I had my appointment, they told me about 4 seperate times that they were GIVING me an electric toothebrush. I paid my bill, and when they were going through it with me I noticed a $135 charge for an electric toothebrush. I had them take it off, after 2 months I still havnt recieved my money back. If you choose to go here make sure they show you the break down of your bill before you pay.

First off, my appointment was at 2pm for an extraction for a very painful tooth. It wasn't until 1 hr and 45min until I was finally seen by a doc, only to be told it was abscessed. OK fine. Then his plan was to do a partial, I suggest a full. Doc then puts that in the plan. I was suppose to be on antibiotics for 7 days, ok, and was told I'd get call to set up next visit.
