My husband went here because it was one of the few places covered for insurance. Was told he needed over $5000 worth of work done. Did one crown then decided to get a second opinion at another dentist. Come to find out he did not need over $5000 of work done and the crown done here was absolutely butchered and our new dentist has to redo it. Aspen should redo it for free but with the trash job they did it is not worth the risk. Would not recommend their services.

I was extremely disappointed with my appointment at ASPEN dental. It was like being at a used car lot. Being sold on treatments and procedures etcs. We went there to get dentures for my spouse and left with nothing. The whole appointment was about selling services they offer. went in as I was have tooth pain , spent an hour of exrays and digital scans to be picked and put in even more pain to be told I needed over 6k in work done and sent home in more pain than I arrived with and told to go to community health dental since I didn't have the money to do what they wanted vs what I needed done even tho I have dental coverage but only want what they cover (extraction and fillings) after 3 weeks in pain I called aspen to get them pulled and they said they would do one extraction on a tooth that they ... read more
My husband came to this location since they are open later than other dentist. For him to get a temporary crown, a crown and 2 fillings he spent a total of 10.5 hours there! They were very poor at communication and good at wasting time. Save yourself the trouble and get a real dentist.
It was the most unprofessional dental experience I've ever had ! messy work. Needed a denture . Got impressions and walked out to car, and had impression material all over face. Got a call 10 minutes later and they forgot to get bite impression . Went back , then left sgain. Give the service the patient wants and not the service they want to give you for over $11, 000! They are a complete rip off, not caring for their patients but caring only for the money they try getting from you!!
I really don't like writing bad reviews for companies, but I feel like this was necessary. I would not recommend Aspen dental in Sioux Falls. First off, they try to pass off medications like Peridex from the clinic and charging them instead of writing a prescription to make you pay more. That is scummy practice and is awful to make a patient make unnecessary payments than necessary if insurance will pay for it.
