Went to get my teeth cleaned for $82... after I get there they said they can only clean them for almost $700 ha yea right! Plus they are practically forcing you to buy their electric toothbrush that comes with an expired mail-in rebate. I'll never recommend them to anyone.

sure, I'd recommend as long as you have nothing better to do than sit in the waiting room 45 plus minutes past your scheduled appt. time.

When a patient comes in for $399 dentures don't raise your voice when they question why they are given a quote for $2556. after the insurance pays it's portion. Not all of us want to go farther into debt.

They tried to get me to pay extra for fluoride which no one talked to me about. I am a FT student and am on a budget. Than I became the assistant when the dentist shot me up with four shots of novocaine for a small little space to fill on the side of a tooth that already had a root canal and a cap on it. I was numb from noon until 7 pm that night. was told my son needed periodontal cleaning and it needed done right away and that I have good insurance they will cover most of it, well they didn't cause the no evidence or needed done. also charged twice for that procedure.My son got wisdom teeth out stitches came out right away and he got a infection so on top of bill from them got a medical bill too.There are several more reasons none of my family will ever go to aspen dental.

My appointment was at 7:30 am today. I did get there early but they did not call my name until 8. I sat waiting for the dentist until 8:15 and left. As I was leaving I told the receptionist that my appointment was 45 minutes ago and I was leaving. All she said was “ok”. Really!?!? You wasted my time and all you can say is ok?!? They obviously do not care if they waste your time and that you walk out. All they want is your money.

I’ve never had a bad dental experience in my 26 years of life until I went here. They are wanting to numb your mouth for everything they do, even a cleaning. That is so bizarre to me.. the doctor was also doing a filling on my tooth and asked to take a break in between and was gone for over 40 mins. He failed to let me know what was going on or even check on me. When he came back in, he was very rude because I was quite upset. I didn’t plan on over two hours at the dentist that morning. I have been trying to message them before I make anything public.. It hasn’t worked to private message without a name besides Aspen Dental?! I would like to hear from anyone from the Aspen Dental on 41st.. Thanks PS.. I did not give a 4 star review! That stuff is made up! Didn’t even take a survey!
