Waited two hours. Wouldn't treat my animal because he had to wait six hours for payment. I have to wait till my vet opens. I pray my baby doesn't die
Horrible experience. Took my dog there 6 years old and she never came home. It was a Sunday and my Vet was closed...she would still be here but because of their missteps I sit here crying with my loss. They were cold and dont even think the vet was a vet...she looked like she was just a tech. She was coughing and as I was sitting in the parking lot because of covid they said she was in cardiac arrest...Hmmm was she, she was so excited she was going bye bye in the car and now she is dead...who knows what goes on behind close... read more
Place ripped off my grandma convincing her to sign a wellness contract with verbal promises that didn't match the contract terms. Tried to cancel the next day, but couldn't. So my mom called repeatedly for several days trying to reach someone with authority to discuss the contract cancellation and was promised it would be cancelled and my grandma would only be charged for a regular vet visit, but when they arrived in person to cancel the contract they were hit with extra fees with a poor explanation of the fee charges, even ... read more
had an emergency with my fur baby Sunday am, wife took our baby to the emergency room 1130 am, was left sitting in her car for 2 hours wating in hot car nothing from staff inside. I will make a formal compaliant to the medical board. We would not have been there if it were not an emergency.
Terrible vet. Waited a week and a half for blood work even after calling multiple times being told Dr would call me back that same day. They let the phone ring and ring then put you on hold an hour. They always say they are short staffed and make you sit in the car for over thirty mins to come get your pet. Why make so many appointments if you can't handle them? Do not come here! We will not be coming back since this is not even the first time this is their consistent business practice.
Worst vet experience in my life. We took our 14 yr old small dog to put her to sleep when her deteriorating health took a sudden turn for the worst. My daughter, who has had this dog since she was 5, wanted to go and comfort her to the end. They left us sitting for two hours, after I told them the dog was having labored breathing. The tech finally came to give the first shot but quickly said she would have to take her out to get help from another tech. (This dog was about seven pounds). Wonderful experience With a midnight visit for unexplained pain Found staff to be efficient Gentle and professional Dr got on phone and explained what problems were and recommended treatment in easy to understand terms Week after visit got a follow up call Very surprised Dog doing well now and highly recommend
All about the $$$$$. Told at 4p and over 2500.00 later, that the room was being prepped for my pup..... would be operated on for an intestinal obstruction only to find out that NO....staff left and left her and that their "emergency partner" would be actually doing it "when they had time". My pup vomiting blood and bms with blood and me paying, in advance, over 2500.00, not on their radar. It's 11p and I'm being told that they aren't responsible...the emergency partner. Absolutely horrible place. Took my kitten in because she was having some pain in her backend. The wait was forever, but I understood since this probably wasn't an "emergency" and I believe the vet was in surgery. As you can see from the attached pictures, the exam room was dirty--blood on the walls and the floor. The first vet tech we saw and very kind and gentle with my kitten. Then the vet came in.
