From the first time I spoke with Theo I felt comfortable going through the home buying process with him. He was so down to earth and easy to talk to. I was able to text him throughout the day to ask questions and he would get back to me quickly. He explained the process and was able to get me closed on time. It was great working with Theo in 2015 in regards to my Norfolk home purchase. Theo was very professional and has the skill sets to execute his job at a high level. My favorite thing about Theo is that he will quickly let you know what you can and cannot qualify for. In addition, he works with you on what options are available in the purchasing process.

Lisa will help you navigate the murky waters of loans, help you make informed decisions, and most importantly nag the underwriter to do their job and get it done. That's what you want and that's what you'll get.

Linda provided me with exceptional service from start to finish. She explained everything in detail to me and answered any questions that I had. She was patient when there were things I did not understand and I never felt any pressure. She attended my closing in person which meant so much to me. Well to be honedt, I had absolutely nothing going positive as far as my credit score was concerned. I also havent had a banking account for over 10 years. So when i initially went for prequalification, i didnt expect anything. It was a shot in the dark.
