Let me start this review off by saying that if you are looking for a highly attentive, responsive, and detail oriented person, then look no farther ... Tena is who you need to contact. She has made the mortgage approval process so much easier than my wife or I had ever imagined possible. She is very responsive to emails. Had an interesting employment set-up and existing home we had rented under 1-year that other lenders were not able to give competitive rates, however, Eric and his team were able to dig deeper than others and provide exactly what I needed. I will recommend Eric to my friends in the future.

Shain is always on top of her job. She has been in the banking and mortgage business for a long time. She is flexible, great to communicate with, and also trying to provide the best service to me and help me to get the best deal. I called her once around midnight and she unbelievably answered my call and helped me tremendously in that case. We worked with Theo to get approved for our first home loan in 2015. Theo took the time to get to know us and our situation, and he was able to help us get a conventional loan at a great rate. Our financial history was a bit unusual on paper, and he took the time to explain exactly what we needed to do to make the loan work. Stacey and her team were wonderful. They kept me informed, answered all my questions and helped me obtain all the documents we needed to close the loan. Everything was seamless. They told me what to expect at the beginning of the process and followed through every step of the way.
