Scott made financing and closing a breeze no last minute surprises. We were concerned when the house we were selling did not come in at the appraised value, and we had to lower the price. Scott was able to change the terms quickly and we were able to close on time. Scott is from the Hampstead area and is very knowledgeable with the areas we were looking to buy our future home.
