John Campbell swooped in to save the day when the other lender I started with was unable to effectively manage my loan. He was assertive, responsive, pleasant, and a really great guy. I'd use him again ANY TIME!

Grant was awesome to work with. As a first time home-buyer, I figured the process would be a nightmare. It was the exact opposite! Grant and his team at Atlantic Bay were fantastic, after providing the general information upfront, all I had to do was sit back and wait for closing day! We needed a mortgage "guy" who could advise us on our options. Someone we could trust. Theo instantly led me to believe I could trust him. Our first conversation started when my realtor needed me to pass a "check-up" before touring properties.
