I normally don't write reviews for, well, anything but it was important for me to highlight how outstanding Amiee was not only in securing us a great rate for our loan but also helping me clean my credit as much as possible to make that rate possible for us. She was always available to provide us with all the help and guidance we needed through the intimidating process of buying a house for the first time! Can't recommend her enough!

Buying a home can be very challenging but Devin at Atlantic Bay Mortgage made it an easy streamline process. The pre-approval was quick and he answered all our question ease. We could tell he really wanted us to have the best home. When we mentioned price/interest checking he was confident he was going to provide the best service and would do his best to match the offer if we found better. Tammy answered our many questions in language we were able to understand. She made suggestions which were very helpful. She accommodated our schedule in order to meet with her and immediately answered our emails and phone calls. She was incredibly professional at all stages of our loan process. We will definitely call on her for future loans.

I found when the very easy to ,very responsive to messages, And very efficient to get the things done that needed to be done. I was very pleased with how our loan proceeded and how we closed. Estimate for closing costs was very close to what actually ended up.

Let me begin by saying that I am one of the most nervous people on the planet when it comes to big purchases. The thought alone gives me anxiety. We had a slightly unique situation where we needed a quick close. Eric and his team were responsive, fast, professional, thorough and pleasant.
