Mike was outstanding! He was so responsive even on weekends and after 6pm in the evening. He processed my loan quickly and efficiently. He was the best loan officer I have ever had and over the years I have bought 13 homes.
Linda Youngblood was accessible and available at all times. I don't think we could have made it through the paperwork maze without her. Thank you, Linda, for all your help.

This is the first time I have closed on a home in over a decade and the first I have closed on a home without an agent, ever. Kevin was so patient, helpful and organized he made a somewhat overwhelming process simple. He went above and beyond when our Insurance quote came in high, finding us a more competitive rate (without us even asking). He even texted us after the closing to make sure everything went well. He treats his clients like they are personal friends.
Tena was so responsive and helpful. She guided us through the steps and was consistently available. I have worked with other lenders in the past but will not work with anyone else in the future.

From the beginning John was extremely patient with me as I didn't have any knowledge into the home buying process.
