Grant Barker and his staff were very involved and kept me highly informed throughout the process. The process was very direct and ended with an early closing!
If you are looking for a lender who is knowledgeable, responsive, and does what he says on top of closing within 30 days, then you need to reach out to this guy. He provided weekly updates of the process and did everything he said he would do. I have heard horror stories about lenders. But this experience was out-of-this-world impressive. I couldn't have asked for an easier home purchase.
Matt was ALWAYS responsive, even on vacation! He cares about his clients and was consistently a pleasure to speak with, no matter what was going on. I am on my third home and until Matt, I’ve never had a lender attend the closing to ensure we understand and were happy with everything. I absolutely recommend Matt and the Atlantic Bay team!
I contacted Amiee when my wife and I wanted to re-finance to a 15 year fixed mortgage. She ran through what was required and then followed up with an email listing all documents we would need to submit. In our case we wanted to do everything electronically and this was easy and quick. Sent all the documents, received the loan application and other paperwork to digitally sign and we were done. Closing agent came to our house and we were done.
