Linda is a great Mortgage/Loan Banker. She quickly sent us all the information we needed to get preliminary approval for a loan and guided us through the process seamlessly. When our approval needed to be renewed because of not buying a house in the preliminary loan time limit, she quickly and seamlessly got us re-approved. Tammy and her Team are amazing! They were supportive from start to finish, and the entire process was so easy! We had no issues getting our loan and the closing went smoothly! You must choose Linda Brandt. Linda is the most efficient, productive, and thorough person I have ever worked with. She answered every email, text, or phone call, usually within minutes. My wife and I were looking for a home, but our incomes are tied to non-traditional income sources including research grants and income from a brand new small business. Outstanding service is an understatement!!! Aimee Carr was given a call by my realtor about 5 pm one evening and I was conditional to close on less than 24 hrs. She quickly identified multiple errors than was created by the current lender that I was going through and by that time I was already 5 days past my closing date. She’s the very example of what it means to take care of the client. I highly recommend her to anyone who’s in the market of buying or selling a home.
