Working with Mike was a pleasure. He answered emails within minutes (even on the weekends) and was very knowledgeable and expedient with the whole process. If you want to make a tight closing window, Mike is your guy. He is a genuine professional at what he does.

Before we decided on a lender and were in the "interviewing-5-different-companies" phase and asking so many questions, Linda spent the most time and was the most thorough of anyone else by a long shot. Absolutely fabulous! Was there for us every step of the way. Very knowledge and very responsive to all our concerns and gave a quick reply to all our questions. There were so many parts to purchasing the home and made the daunting process very smooth and easy. Couldn't have done it without her. So glad she was there at every step. Unfortunate that the highest rating is only 5 stars because she deserves a minimum of 10.

Linda and Kelli were great to work with! They were reassuring when we were hesitant and they have enough experience to be truly reassuring, not just glib. They communicated with us at every step, keeping us aware of potential hazards and of every cleared hurdle. The only drawback I experienced was that Linda provided us a goodie bag at closing filled with kryptonite... I mean, peanut brittle.
