I had the opportunity to work with Matt Bullins during a VA loan processing while purchasing a home in his area. Buying a home from out of state isn’t easy, even less so in the COVID real estate climate. Scott went above and beyond — from taking calls after hours and on weekends — to picking up all the communication slack with the other parties, when there were no realtors involved. As long as Scott stays in the business, I cannot see a reason to use another broker.
