Mike Yates of Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group made the impossible..... possible. Through phone calls, text and emails he walked us through the whole process. He was patient, knowledgeable and took time to walk us through every phase without hesitation. In the process Mike also became a friend I would use Mike again without hesitation and refer anyone I know needing financial guidance when purchasing a home. As a professional in the industry I have worked with many lenders. Kevin could do a loan on a Non-rebuiltable lot on Oak island as many other lender can't. All of my questions and text were answer promptly and closing was smooth as butter. Highly recommend !!

You cannot go wrong with Shannon for your mortgage needs. She is extremely professional and trust worthy. She was able to give me the best rate possible with our new VA home loan and was exceptional in all aspects of her service. Our situation is we had already been pre- approved by another leader, and after looking over the initial disclosures our real estate agent suggested we get a local Leander to look over our the disclosure. John refinanced our home, and he was such a pleasure to work with! I truly am grateful that Grant took the time out to explain everything throughly. This was my first time as a homebuyer. Every question that I had I could reach Grant at work or on his personal cell phone. Grant took work home with him and made me it more homely to deal with.
