Grant was very easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. He was very honest in his recommendation and advice as he helped us find the loan that best matched our needs and budget, thoroughly explained each step of the process so there were no surprises, and was accessible and quick to respond whenever we had questions.
We were in a situation where we had received an offer on our house and had just found a home we wanted to buy. We were on a time crunch and Nikki was able to close well in time for us to move into our new home by the time our old house closed. We were both in fairly new jobs and extremely busy. She stayed in touch with us almost daily via email and answered our calls too when we had questions. We were happy with our interest rate and just how easy the process was.
Nikki was so knowledgeable in every aspect of her business. I really could not have had it any easier. She guided me through the entire process and made the process so easy and so valuable. Any questions I had she answered and in the only question I asked that she wanted to be sure about, she investigated the question and answered it the very same day! A gem for sure!
I was a first-time home buyer, so of course there were a lot of nerves with this process. Nikki made the transaction completely seamless throughout the entire thing, and she even basically held my hand at the closing table. From the interest rate to the closing costs, there were absolutely no surprises. I am completely in love with my new(er) home and I cannot thank her enough.
Grant was professional and very responsive to all questions via email and phone. His loan processor Lynn was also very helpful and informative when it came to the underwriting aspect.
