Mike is easily the most efficient person we worked with through our entire home buying process. This was our first home, and he was so patient and helpful. He was always available to answer our questions, and he answered them thoroughly enough to made sure we understood completely. He always updated us on everything. His response time is incredible. We cannot thank him enough and reccomend him to anybody!

Keith was amazing through the whole process of our loan! We were originally denied through another lender for a very small (less than $100) outstanding debt that we were not aware of. Being denied put us behind on our closing date and we were starting to think that we would be spending some time living in a hotel. Once we called Keith, he IMMEDIATELY got the ball rolling! Vanessa was extremely great to work with. She was kind, caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about the entire process. I had never met her before and after my first visit to her office I felt as if I had known her for many years. She is the epitome of what every lender should be. There was absolutely nothing I could complain about that she did. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I would not hesitate for 1 second before chosing her again!

We had originally contacted another mortgage company. After several attempts to get someone to call me back and just send me an application . I decided to take a friends advice and call Joel . He and Atlantic Bay Mortgage was everything they said they were. I applied online and he called me back the next morning. He told me what I needed to send him and he handled it from there.
