Jane walked me through every step of the home loan journey. She kept me informed at all times of what was going on and never was too busy to answer questions or concerns. I would use her again in a heartbeat. I recommend her highly.
Jane was outstanding to work with, through the entire process. I started looking for a new home a year before finding what I wanted. When I got closer this spring, Jane and I reviewed my financial paperwork and got it all in order. Once I found my house, Jane was able to get me the pre-approved paperwork in less than an hour which enabled me to put in an offer that same afternoon.
Jane was fabulous! She was patient, timely and always accessible. She answered all our questions without hesitation, no matter how silly they seemed to us. She was always just a phone call, email or text away whenever we needed her. She was able to find the loan that suited our needs and we always knew what to expect, she kept us in the loop.
We were able to complete the entire process from pre-qualification to closing on our new home with no issues. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and we were able to complete the entire process via email/phone. We closed on time and quickly!
I was so impressed that Linda consistently offered solutions and enhancements throughout our mortgage process including information on tax credits, interest rates, etc... As first time home buyers we had no awareness of some of these things and her and her information made us feel at ease and that she had nothing but our best interests in mind.
Grace was very professional and she knew exactly what she was doing. And she made closing a breeze! If you want a fast and smooth closing, i would definatly choose grace.

Michelle worked tirelessly on our loan. She researched different programs to find what was best for us. She stayed on top of the loan status, whether it was an average Tuesday evening or Saturday morning she kept us apprised of the progress. A word to the wise, listen to her advice; she knows what she's talking about! Buying a house is not a process for the faint of heart and she will guide you through it as smoothly as humanly possible. Michelle is top notch, if it's possible she will make it happen.
Mike was very patient, and helped us to understand every step we were taking. It was a pleasure working with him. I would definitely recommend him to everyone who i know.
