Linda is incredibly helpful, considerate and ultra-responsive. There was never a time where we went more than a few hours without hearing back from her or someone on her team. She was able to walk us through the process of getting a mortgage for our new home before we had sold our current home and made something fairly complex be almost easy to understand. ??We are very grateful to our realtor for recommending her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to our friends and family in the future. Linda was a pleasure to work with! She made this process (which can be stressful) very easy. Her knowledge and attention to detail allowed me to feel comfortable with every decision I had to make. Couldn't have asked for a better team to handle our loan. We worked with Cara and Ashley for the past month and have had the best experience possible! They communicated with us every step of the way and even answered all of our emails/questions after hours. Thanks to them our loan is closing early! Cara went above and beyond and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her! We highly recommend!!

Awesome experience! Mr. Duggan made the house buying process super easy and a lot less stressful. Mr. Duggan taught my boyfriend and I many need-to-know things about our credit report and scores. Because of him our credit scores are at an all time high and because of that we have been able to proceed with home updates. I am grateful that I was referred to him by my agent and plan to return for any needs in the future. If you are looking for a stress-free experience, I highly recommend him!

From the moment I contacted Carrie she put the ball in motion to help me purchase my first home! She was eager, patient and very understanding. She spent many off time hours helping me secure my loan. She kept me well informed and continued to contact me at all hours to finalize my closing.
