Joan helped me buy my dream home and even managed to SAVE me some money in the process by proposing some options that other lenders did not. Her follow-up after the purchase was thoughtful and above and beyond what I expected.
Mike was attempting to cross cultural divides as well as the tyranny of time and distance, as he was on the East Coast and we were in Hawaii, where RE transaction rules and finance/escrow rules differ greatly from accepted mainland norms. He handled everything with aplomb, made the mortgage transaction seamless, and made our credit life easy given the varying nature of the systems in play. Would recommend him in a heartbeat for any future transactions, and will definitely use him in the future.
