Check in was quick and easy, the young man I spoke to was very friendly and professional. The hotel failed to back him up. We stayed in the north tower, the only amenity there is a pool. It's a nice pool but to get to the other pools/hot tub/lazy river you have to walk a block through an unpaved field. The room had a nice view and I stayed as a party of two, so size was adequate, however, if you advertise accommodations up to six, make the beach view real. Indoor pool was very dirty. I wouldn't let my family use it. Too pricy for what you got

Terrible hotel This hotel was awful and they new it - smoky room, mold - just awful. We immediately demanded another room and they offered a full refund which we accepted.
Didn't Stay Hotel was dirty, staff was rude and uncooperative ... Decided not to stay ... Had to find another property to spend the night
Dirty and disappointing You said you could not print my review but there was no mention of prices,rates ,no profanity, no personal info. What I wrote was true and I will go over it again. After we checked in we went to the room number 101 in the next building. The pictures on the hotel website showed a beautiful room with a balcony. The room we got was on the first floor there was no balcony just a dirty window looking directly at the pool. The curtains had to be kept closed so people could not look in. Great View, Room Dirty, Disappointed Spent $289.00 plus taxes for one night on Saturday, July 16, 2016 - very disappointed! The room was very dirty - walls dirty, couch dirty with stains and wet spots, dried blood on the bedspread, all floors dirty, the trash can smell was enough to knock you over. We didn't mind that the room was dated, but the dirt was unacceptable.
