Can't believe I was even asked to review this Arrived at the Atlantica and was given the keys. Went to the room and it wasn't even cleaned. I'm talking dirty bed sheets and towels all over, toilet paper on the floor and more. We went down stairs and were told sorry but they had only cleaned a few rooms not expecting many guests so they couldn't help us. This led to almost 2 hours on the phone with hotels.com (mostly repeatedly in hold) Now going on 3 a.m. we took the place we were told was comparable. Not the case at all. No... read more
Roaches!!! Only one word..... ROACHES, my family and I will not stay here again!
Don't stay in Atlantica I This room was terrible. It looked as if it was still under construction. The light switches didn't work. The washing machine didn't work. The only thing the building has is an ice machine. For everything else you have to walk to the building next door.
never again! My boyfriend and I wanted to get away for the night, so we found this place & booked it online. The description of the room & the pictures I booked was nothing like what I had in mind. I didn't like the service I got from the front desk when I went to check in. room was not clean, several things did not work, parking was a block away, elevator did not work properly
Hotel is not kept very clean. We didn't feel real safe walking around.
We got a refund and move hotels , the trims were disgusting and dirty . Very outdated
Staff rude, & money stolen. Room was ok, staff was rude, called ahead and said would like a room on a higher floor and received room on the first floor. Money was stolen from purse during stay. Housekeeping and maintenance entered our room while asleep and in shower. Last day housekeeping and maintenance came in before checkout and stated the room should had been cleared already. Horrible experience !
