NASTY... This is the worst hotel I ever visit, they never cleaned up my room, never change my towels, the room was supposed to be for 8, you can fit 6 people not 8; everything dirty pools, rooms, hallways, Jacuzzi, everything dirty, lobby, elevators. NASTY it does not need be call resort or hotel, it is a cheap motel. Nasty since you hit the door.

Dirty and uncomfortable for the price! I spent $200 for 1 night and the hotel was very dirty. The first room was dingy and smelling so they gave me another room, which was slightly better than the first. The walls were dirty the floors which was ceramic tiles were dirty throughout might I add the smell was bad the beds were very uncomfortable and the sofa-bed once pulled out blocked the balcony. The only good thing was the ocean view. Avoid this place until they tear it down and build a new one. It was a waste of money! My f... read more

Do not waste your money Nasty, old, 1970's furniture that is awful and smells. Cramped, outdated bathroom with no space to get in or out of the tub.

On the beach, but not a resort. Outdated, needs a major upgrade. Poor staff, was ignored upon check in. Lazy river closed due to broken glass. Had a large group of drinkers in our tower. The same group was obnoxious at the pool and still the same group spilled beer on my infant daughter and i from their balcony. Phone in room was broke. Door on slider broke off. Fixtures missing from lights. Stove burners didnt work. Ok view of beach and ocean from tiny balcony that was right on top of the pool from 2nd floor. There is only ... read more

In One Word Trashy I will never stay at that place again and here's why. furnishings were old and damaged, the ice machine is in the ground floor and we had a room on the tenth floor. the ice machine was old and had no instruction as to how it works so I called the front desk and she said I could walk over to the other building and get ice from the machine at the outside pol area. Horrible and Over Priced!!!!! My friend and I decided to take another friend of ours away for a night on a girls trip. She is 8 months pregnant and the lazy river/ beach sounded amazing to us! We get to the hotel to check in. We have to park across the street, which is okay. I understand that. But then we walk into our room... Only location First day we checked in, bathroom ceiling fan was leaking and black mold around it. Floor carpet was torn off in certain spot. Electric stove burners were out of position and not working. Wifi was so weak, and hardly got a signal. I spoke with front desk and staff was not take these problem seriously, anyway, my family stayed in that room first night. We got another room on second day.
