Dirty but close Nice friendly service but room was nasty had mold in bathrooms and dirty beds also had bad flooring which my 4 yr old stepped on the nail sticking out of the dated carpet then I mentioned this to the manager and he told me he would fix it for the next guest seriously worst customer service ever received

Worst hotel ever This was the nastiest, most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms we're nasty, there we're no blankets, the pool was dirty and the hotel smelled horrible. They need to shut this place down.

Keep on looking!!! 50/50 shot at good The building weren't secure while we were in our rooms specifically, The left door near the pool remaind propped open day and night by a rock they used to i believe "Make it convenient for the smokers to smoke", unbelievable. The only glass door in the second building was taped unlocked i think because nobody had time to work on it from sat at 5pm til sunday at noon, yes all night long (Unsafe at best). the Boulevard was crowded which left the guest at risk. VERY MISLEADING ADVERTISING! I rented this room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers because it was described as a 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 8 people. I did not want anyone to have to sleep on a sofa bed so when I saw this room that sleeps 8 people I felt like there should be at least 3 beds plus the sofa. OMG was I wrong!! The room had 2 very tiny bedrooms with one small bed that 2 small people could fit in. Needless to say we ended up using the sofa anyway. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE!! DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID FOR DESPITE NUMEROUS CALLS TO ENSURE IT WAS. MAIN PRIORITY WAS BALCONY AND EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM, WE WERE GIVEN THE ONLY ROOM WITHOUT ONE..WHEN I COMPLAINED I WAS PRETTY MUCH TOLD TOO BAD, NOT MOVIN YA. Outdated! Expedia Users Beware! Read Below. When we first saw the hotel, it looks very nasty. It could use a power washing, so there is obviously no one who takes care of the exterior. The parking lot has very limited space, and during peak hours, you'll be lucky to find a parking spot. I've never heard of a hotel that didn't have sufficient space for it's guests. We will never stay here again!!! The hotel was very out dated! We were on the 10 th floor and had to wait on the elevator for a long time when needed, there was no air conditioning on the elevator. Our room had roaches(just nasty) so I call the front desk to tell them and they sent a maintenance guy with some spray that looks like he brought from wal-mart. Dump of Ocean blvd This place is not worth the money. Rooms are very dated. Hotel staff very unprofessional resolve any problems.
