BEDBUGS BEWARE!!! PLEASE READ We stayed at the property this past weekend. There were 2 double beds and the first night we slept on the bed by the wall. The second night I slept in the bed by the door. I woke up covered with bites on both legs, my left arm, my collarbone and chest. I thought maybe it could have been mosquitoes but by later that evening, they were hot, itchy, red, and a ring around them. Horrible Stay Both bedrooms had wet carpets that looked like it wasn't vacuumed. Room had damp smell to it. One of TV's had no remote. Booked a king size bed but got a queen instead. Went to front desk and they said they were going to send maintenance out and send a remote. We never seen anyone.
Good views, close to beach Disappointed, door was jammed, difficult to open. Dining table was rough, counter tops were unclean. Toilet paper hanger fell off. Telephone did not work. Just an overall over rated facility . Never again.
Looks can be deceiving... Thought i was getting a good deal because the Atlantica looked decent from the outside. But this hotel is completely outdated and needs a major renovation. Staff sucks and the woman who checked me in didnt explain that my room wasnt in the same building as the office. Never saw the staff. Had to go to the office to get toilet paper. When they did clean my room, noticed that my earrings were missing (not saying they were stolen but i couldnt seem to find them). Parking is free but its over a block aw... read more
The unforgiving smell of death. Do not stay at atlantica 1. The smell is unforgettable. I was so sick. The lock on downstairs door didn't work nor did lock on door. Both the hall when u got on elevator and the room smelt. I will go back to area. Never this hotel.
You get what you pay for Building needs updating. Beach access is not good due to repairs or damages
The worst Horrible,horrible horrible
Never again We had booked two rooms. there was dead bugs in each of the rooms, so your pest control is working but not your housekeeping. Needs updated bad. rooms and building smelled of mildew
