Pleasant surprise Great stay. He was very pleased with the size and comfort of the room however, we found a lot of trash left over from the previous tenants. Ladies underwear, empty power aid bottle and a rug. OK we’re good than Great stay. Very nice stay Very happy with our experience.Room was nice and clean. Loved the view. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. No complaints
Had to sit and wait for almost two hours after our check in time to get our room and then had to have our bedding changed due to hygiene issues but after we got settled in it was a wonderful week long stay.
Horrible stay Our stay was a joke. The room did not by any means match what we booked. Not even the view matched. We were in a building about a mile from the main building. Also the main building was where everything was that it's suppose to have. Like the grills and the lazy river. The building we were at had an outdoor pool. Way to deep for our child and that's it. Room switch Overall my stay was good I did not get the room that I had booked, but the hotel gave my a room that was good.Due to the holiday weekend the hotel was booked up.
This was my third time staying here ., the only negative thing I got to say is the elevator kept breaking down . Not good on the 11 floor!
could not ask for anything more/ it was grate/ the view was perfect
