We appreciated him taking the time to help us make sure the pre ordered car was exactly what we wanted by showing us multiple cars on the lot with the features we were curious about. "First time " I Brought my Audi in for the first time for service and had a wonderful experience with a great staff and very knowledgeable and broke down the work and prices to help me better understand things.
"35,000 mile service" Eddie was outstanding as was the entire experience. Very courteous, personable, and excellent communicator. Rod Soprito, who initially checking me in, was outstanding as well. "New Audi A6" Tim and Jack did a great job taking care of me. There was a miss understanding between the loan officer and service, the service was saying that the perma plate was already done and I paid for it to have it done. Jack went to talk to the loan officer and he confirm that I paid for it. Service agreed to do it. That raise some concerns. Thanks
