"Treated with respect" I've been looking at Q5's for well over a year. Have dealt with car sales people and their managers 8-10 times with their disingenuous sales tactics and constant "upsell" of options and extra packages. "Top notch." I left the car at Audi Wilsonville for some recall work. The only problem I had was getting a call back from the scheduler after originally leaving my name on a call list because the dealership didn't have the needed repair parts. That being said, after I called a couple weeks later all went very smoothly. From drop off to pick up, the service was top notch.
"Visitedd Audi Wilsonville because it was the Audi dealership" We visited Wilsonville Audi because it was the Audi store closest to Corvallis. Joe Hermes met us and gave us a very through introduction to the 2018 Q7 includiing test driving it. We went home, sought input from Audi folks in Corvallis, and decided to purchase. Joe Hermes got us a good price and Brad Seaman made short work of the paperwork involved. Altogether a good experience. We will probably back again for more bells and whistles instruction from Joe.
"Sales Experience" I have been a life long GM owner due to family ties to the car business. I looked at every luxury auto maker and Wilsonville Audi and Brion Thomas made me feel at home and were never pushy in trying to sell me a vehicle. The other luxury car dealers were pushy and used the stereotypical sales pitches in an attempt to get me to buy on the spot. "A6 emission Recall" Rod is always terrific, and the whole recall ordeal was handled as good as it could be. Was thankful that Audi and Rod went out of their way to make the best of a bad situation.
"First Service and I'll be back." Great experience from arrival to departure. I was offered a loaner car but decided to wait and the turn-around was exactly as stated. It's a great environment to wait in and it confirmed my desire to make Audi Wilsonville my choice for future Audi Service.
"A new place to get a new car" From the moment I walked into the store,I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and a very knowledgeable sales associate Michael Hardy ,who allowed me to test drive the Audi TT on this wonderful course out at Audi Wilsonville ,lots of curves and cut backs ,it was like the car was on rails.
