"Great Experience with Service" I recently brought my vehicle in for a recall service. Everything was quick and straight forward. My questions about other aspects of my vehicle and scheduling upcoming service were addressed in a prompt, friendly manner. I’ve brought my car in for service several times, and I’ve always been impressed with the quality of service. Audi Wilsonville definitely has the best service center in the region, and I would highly recommend them to fellow Audi owners.
"Top level service group" Rod and the entire crew at Wilsonville are very professional and friendly to work with. Both our A4 Avant and Q5 are in good hands with this team.
"Routine service " As always prompt convent service due to the loaner car. Love how they leave my car looking fresh again with end of service detailing. Thank you
"Recall service" Audi sent me notice that the auxiliary heater needed to be replaced. I called and made an appt, was provided with a loaner car and asked to have my brakes checked while they had the car. I received a call when the service was finished and had a good explanation of the brake situation. When I picked up my car, I was happy to see it had been washed, vacuumed and even topped off the gas tank. Jake was great to work with, very thorough.
"Rod was excellent to work with" I have had a great experience working with Audi of Wilsonville. Their service writers seem to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and are not overcharged for service. I really appreciate when they do the work and make sure that warranty covers the bill. I just wish they had an Audi dealership closer to Albany, Oregon.
"Seamless process" Brion handled our experience with great patience and knowledge, and got the answers to questions he didn't know immediately from those who did. The buying experience was very pleasant.
"Great Service" Brian was attentive, responsive, friendly and was timely about getting my car fixed quickly and was great at communicating cost, timing and what needed to get done.
"Above and Beyond!" We drive out from Beaverton to Wilsonville because of the quality of the service department. I always feel heard and my concerns or questions are addressed in a manner that’s easy to understand. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
"Great customer service" I like the very helpful, great service I received. Rod was very easy to work with, very informative, made my trip to the service dept. a very good experience.
