"Painless car service" I have been happy with service at the Wilsonville dealership when ever I have taken in my Q7. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The waitng area is spotless, has a huge selection of magazines. There are convenient snacks if you want them. There's even a little room to wait with the kids if you need that. "Recall on heater" I was given a loaner car and they promised my car within 3 hours and it was spot on the time. When my car was returned to me, they also checked the fluid levels, tire pressure, washed the car and for the first time ever... filled my tank up with gas!!! Loved that one the best. "Safety Recall" After months of waiting, I was finally able to turn in my Q5 TDI for air emissions compliance retrofitting. The staff at Wilsonville Audi did a very professional job of receiving me at the appointed time, having a loaner vehicle ready, and returning my car to me at the end of the day.

"Attentive, Thorough Service" From the moment I arrived I was treated with courtesy and respect. My paperwork was ready when I arrived, which expedited the entire process (I was having the emissions claim work completed, along with a 55,000 mile service.) "Car Purchase" Great experience with David in leasing the car. We actually were originally looking at a cash purchase, but then David put other alternatives in front of us.
