"Great customer service " After a month of poor customer service with my local dealership, I decided to give Wilsonville a call to see if they could help me. It literally took me 15 minutes to get the deal I wanted. The drive to and from Seattle was worth it as the customer service at Audi Wilsonville was suburb.
"excellent service" The team went above and beyond what we asked for. Only the scheduling and system of record could improve, so that when you talk to any person at the service desk you get a consistent answer.
"Always appreciated" Wilsonville Audi has been servicing our cars for many years, in fact, we have purchased from them as well. This dealership is a refuge from other dealership service places who want to sell you more repairs. Rod Soprito, is a true gem in the automotive field. He is informed, personable and always makes me feel like I am his most important customer. I think if it were not for Rod, I might find an alternate dealership. The ambiance of the dealership is VERY nice, comfortable and well appointed.
"Wilsonville Audi-the ONLY place in PDX to buy an Audi" We were so happy to find that Barney Ballestrazze got back into the business and landed at Wilsonville Audi. "Easy to work with, no BS!" I worked with Brion and his sales manager to complete the sale on my 2016 Audi Q3. I didn't have to deal with the regular baloney I've experienced with working with car dealers in the past and have always felt absolutely frustrated and wrung out by the end of the transaction. I didn't feel this way after driving away in my new car! The car was missing a couple of small items and Brion worked diligently to resolve them. I would use Wilsonville Audi again!

"Wrranty work" Audi Wilsonville did some warranty work on our Q5. As always, the service staff were friendly and welcoming. They answered a couple of general questions I had. I'm always impressed with the care they show to our vehicle--taking pains to protect the seats before they take it back for service. The vehicle was ready on time. It was a nice experience.
"Excellent Service" The service was efficient and friendly. The best part is they do such a great job and clean and detail and always explain what they did.
