"January 3 Recall visit" I had my Audi in for recall service on January 3. I think that the Service Dept. staff is top rated. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assure that I am completely satisfied with the service that I have received. I know that my vehicle will always be cleaned inside and out before it is returned to me; however, this time I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had been filled with gasoline as well. "Great service but not cheap!" Very professional, prompt. Customer Service was outstanding. Loaner car was awesome. Price seemed steep for the work performed on A4, but having the car serviced at Audi Wilsonville gives me peace of mind, which is why I keep coming back.

This dealership is a refuge from other dealership service places who want to sell you more repairs. Rod Soprito, is a true gem in the automotive field. He is informed, personable and always makes me feel like I am his most important customer. I think if it were not for Rod, I might find an alternate dealership. The ambiance of the dealership is VERY nice, comfortable and well appointed.

"Easy to work with, no BS!" I worked with Brion and his sales manager to complete the sale on my 2016 Audi Q3. I didn't have to deal with the regular baloney I've experienced with working with car dealers in the past and have always felt absolutely frustrated and wrung out by the end of the transaction. I didn't feel this way after driving away in my new car! The car was missing a couple of small items and Brion worked diligently to resolve them. I would use Wilsonville Audi again!
