"Safety Recall" I really appreciated how my service advisor, Jake, handled this safety recall visit. When it became clear that the shop was backed up, he quickly secured a loaner car for me and allowed me to proceed on my way. He called me twice during the period the car was being worked on to give me an update on its status and provided an accurate estimate of when the car would be ready for pickup.
"They treat you right" This dealership is not the most local for me, but the only one I will go to with my vehicle. You are treated with the kind of customer service that one would expect. Always greeted with a smile, attentive, and will do what has to be done to get you back in your vehicle and back on the road without a problem.
