"Safety Recall" I really appreciated how my service advisor, Jake, handled this safety recall visit. When it became clear that the shop was backed up, he quickly secured a loaner car for me and allowed me to proceed on my way. He called me twice during the period the car was being worked on to give me an update on its status and provided an accurate estimate of when the car would be ready for pickup.
"They treat you right" This dealership is not the most local for me, but the only one I will go to with my vehicle. You are treated with the kind of customer service that one would expect. "January 3 Recall visit" I had my Audi in for recall service on January 3. I think that the Service Dept. staff is top rated. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assure that I am completely satisfied with the service that I have received. I know that my vehicle will always be cleaned inside and out before it is returned to me; however, this time I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had been filled with gasoline as well. "Great service but not cheap!" Very professional, prompt. Customer Service was outstanding. Loaner car was awesome. Price seemed steep for the work performed on A4, but having the car serviced at Audi Wilsonville gives me peace of mind, which is why I keep coming back.
