"Car maintenance slight glitch." My experiences at Audi are always great! One glitch with my car service this time...... It was a routine maintenance service. I was given a nice Q7 to drive for the day. Service department was on overload, so Edward called me to tell me my car would not be ready till the next day. I live in Salem and run a small company, so coming back up the next day was a bit of an inconvenience for me. "Accommodating Service Department" I started hearing a noise in the back of my A3 while traveling on business. I called on Thursday afternoon to see if someone could check out my car the next day. Friday morning, an inspection revealed that the problem was a wheel bearing than needed replacement. Additionally, I was informed that my rear brakes were also in need of immediate replacement. "Relatively quick and easy car buying experience" Michael was very responsive to email questions regarding package options, pricing and availability. Salena was incredibly helpful as we narrowed in on our Audi Q7 and did an awesome job with the test drive and technology overview. She knows her stuff! Michael was out the day we came in and the transition to working with Salena was seamless. No high pressure sales tactics for the car itself; not thrilled with the upsell pitch the Finance department was required to throw at us.... read more
