"Consistently excellent service " The true test of how good a service department is lies in its ability to handle the unexpected. When I brought my Audi Q3 in for a routine visit, another issue was discovered, which required replacing a part that wasn’t immediately on hand. This sort of thing inevitably causes some inconvenience to the customer. However, I felt that my personal needs were kept at a high priority, and Dee made sure that the whole process was as painless as humanly possible.
"purchased a new car" Eric Finch was very helpful and patient while i was going through the purchase process he helped me figure out which car would be best for my needs and answered my many questions.
"Always an excellent service experience." Painless and thorough service experience, except for the price. Audi Pre-Sense potential buyers and owners beware. A complete "Calibration" 4-wheel alignment cost $499.95. It's only required under certain conditions, but my situation required it. Had I known that, I would NOT have opted to purchase this option. A "basic" 4-wheel alignment cost $250.00, which I thought was already high.

"Car maintenance slight glitch." My experiences at Audi are always great! One glitch with my car service this time...... It was a routine maintenance service. I was given a nice Q7 to drive for the day. Service department was on overload, so Edward called me to tell me my car would not be ready till the next day. I live in Salem and run a small company, so coming back up the next day was a bit of an inconvenience for me.
