"Recall " Handle the recall professionally and cleans the automobile. Did not try to "Up sell " me on additional service. I really appreciate that. A job well done.

"Great friendly service" Pleasant, helpful staff and quick service. I was promised it would take 1 hour and it took exactly 1 hour and that included a wash and vacuum.
"Recall on fuel system" Took us on time, completed in estimated time, car washed and vacuumed when returned. Negitive is that we have a 150 round trip drive and this is the second recall on our new Q5!
"Good experience " Becca always is cheerful, greets everyone when a smile and just takes care of the situation - always a good experience but I think Becca just takes it to another level of good customer service and everything is ready when I arrive and makes you feel like a valued customer. Ed did a great job of getting me in and out and made sure that I had all questions answered and happy when I left - had needed loaner ready to go. I appreciate the good service.
