"My review of my experience with Wilsonville Audi" Rod was a tremendous help. He had the loaner car ready to go and texted me promptly when my car was diagnosed and asked how they should proceed. I responded and also when Inshould return. He informed me they would have it ready the next day thus saving me waiting in the waiting room for hours. I appreciate his professionalism.
"A job well done!" The service experience I had could not have been any better. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. They were ready for me when I came in, offered me a loaner car, called me to tell me there was a service coming up in a few thousand miles and offered to do it while they had the car. It was als completed ed right when they said it would be ready. Nicely done!
"Personal Customer Service" My wife had a particular color combination she was looking for and I was looking for a particular spec. Sam Gilbert worked with me over a month via emails and phone calls to find the perfect vehicle. He searched all the Pacific Northwest, even out to Colorado, but ended up finding one in San Diego. Since we were moving to Portland from overseas, Sam arranged to pick me up from PDX with all my bags. "Easy in easy out!" I recommend the service department and service specialists at Audi Wilsonville. They have taken great care of both of our Audi's and have been very accommodating regarding scheduling and thorough in their services.
"quick recall visit and courtesy car wash" Very friendly service and a one hour stay in the comfortable waiting area. Good coffee and plenty of treats! They also did a quick check up on all of my systems as a courtesy. My car was clean in and out when I left.
"50K service " As always, accommodating in all respects. They got me the loaner I am considering as a new purchase. It is comforting to try it out for a couple days.
"Great customer service" I took my car in for typical service and Edward Swift was excellent. He went above and beyond in making sure some extra things I had asked to have checked were done. He was friendly, professional, took time to get to know me. My car was sparkling when I picked it up and he even told me to remind him next time that I had filled my loaner with more gas than I used. Perfect service all around.
"Fantastic as usual" Loaner was ready for me when I arrived. They knew everything that needed to be done including a minor software update that I had not mentioned in my conversation before I brought car in. Kept me informed on status of service.
