"Amazing in every way " This place is so inviting, so friendly, and prompt with everything they do. "Above and beyond service." Rod is always full of information about the status of my diesel A6, and when the service took longer than first thought, my use of their service loner car for an extra day was no problem, and worked out great for me.

"Good initial experience, vehicle pick up less than average." This is more of a 3.5 star rating but I rounded up to 4 for this review to give them the benefit of the doubt. The salesman, Eric, was great to work with and not overbearing like most car salesman (he wasn't pushy). We made the deal on a car that had just been traded in and it still needed to be detailed. "Audi Purchase" We had a very positive experience with this dealership. Both Kevin and Scott were a pleasure to work with. Never felt pressured into the purchase and they were fair in their dealings.
"easy and fair" I contacted them via the internet about a new A5 Sportback and first emailed the sales manager, Sam. None were in the US at the time, and I was able to negotiate with the sales manager even after test driving a coupe with a salesman. When I was ready, I offered a fair price on a configuration I wanted by email and it was accepted, then completed the order with the salesman.
