"50K service " As always, accommodating in all respects. They got me the loaner I am considering as a new purchase. It is comforting to try it out for a couple days.
"Great customer service" I took my car in for typical service and Edward Swift was excellent. He went above and beyond in making sure some extra things I had asked to have checked were done. He was friendly, professional, took time to get to know me. My car was sparkling when I picked it up and he even told me to remind him next time that I had filled my loaner with more gas than I used. Perfect service all around.
"Fantastic as usual" Loaner was ready for me when I arrived. They knew everything that needed to be done including a minor software update that I had not mentioned in my conversation before I brought car in. Kept me informed on status of service.
"Great at usual" Easy check-in, grab a loaner car, get a text that the work is done and easy check out. Bottom line Dee makes getting my car serviced super EASY!
"Regularly scheduled service" Loaner car was ready and I was on the road in about 5 minutes. Car done early and CLEAN! I was late picking up, but sales department had the keys and order all ready.
"Always excellent service" Excellent service seems to be the standard at Wilsonville Audi. Friendly and helpful service reps, loaner cars, and best of all my car is always returned having been washed and cleaned inside.
"Tire Replacement" Had a flat tire on my way to work and called the dealership. They let me know they were booked but to bring it anyway and they would fit it in. As expected, they helped me promptly and got it looked at. The tire was damaged beyond repair and due to tread wear unneeded replacements. They had my preferred tire in stock and was able to mount balance and get me on the road quickly. Still have only used Audi a wilsonville for all my sales and service needs and I am never disappointed.
"Recall" Eddie was great on the phone setting up the appointment and providing the necessary info on making our time quick and efficient. Everything went as explained. Quick and easy!
"Quick and Professional" I've been leasing Audi's for 16 years. I appreciate the professional and attentive service. It's been a burden lifted off my back. I generally dread getting a new car, however my experience with Audi has made it a pleasure. Eric Finch was awesome to work with.
