"Great Service!" When you arrive you are greeted and acknowledge right away. Then it's into the service department where they have your paper work all ready. This time I waited till service was finished. Nice and clean waiting room. Also, the chance to look at the new Audi's. Of all the car brands I have own this is by far the best service department I have encountered.
"Friendly People, Excellent Service" Dee Sanchez was my service rep. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in every way. I had two separate issues with my A7. First, the battery failed. It was replaced without question and I was provided a clean newer vehicle to drive while the A7 was in the shop. Secondly, I received a recall notice regarding potentially defective overhead air bags. I was impressed that the Service Dept. had the parts in stock and scheduled the work for the next day. "45k check up + battery swap " Brought my 2013 Audi A3 into service for a 45k check up. Everything went smoothly and i received a nice A4 to drive while the work was being done. Unfortunately my battery died 3 days later and I called to complain but once again Audi came through and squeezed me in the next morning to replace my battery. They put me up in an office so I could work while they swapped the battery. Total time was 1.5 hours. Very happy with both services.
