"15k Audi A6 Maintenance " My last experience was consistent with all previous, Rod does a great job, good communication, great follow up, worked to find the parts I wanted, and ensured my needs were met, keep it up.
"Service call" Customer service was superb as always. every experience I have had at Wilsonville Audi has been a positive one. The employees are so friendly and helpful and my car is well serviced and very clean when I pick it up.
"Fixed recall matter involving passenger airbag programming." The work was done as promised. An appointment was set up, a time for the repair was given, and these commitments were honored. It was as expected.
"The whole team was outstanding!" Joe was excellent to work with, he came and picked me up from my home, never had that happen before. Set up the loaner for me until my car was delivered several days later. Joe was great! Corey
"Factory Open Campaign Service Call" I received the mailer notifying me that my car needed a factory update. Audi Wilsonville was able to schedule me quickly, told me the service would be completed in about an hour (90 minutes with the complimentary wash), so I decided to just wait on site. I was on my way in just over an hour with the scheduled update, new car fob batteries and a clean car! Very pleased with the service and responsiveness of the staff.

However, one thing that frequently occurs and annoys me is that the technician did not leave my controls in the position that they were when I dropped the car off.
