"Factory Open Campaign Service Call" I received the mailer notifying me that my car needed a factory update. Audi Wilsonville was able to schedule me quickly, told me the service would be completed in about an hour (90 minutes with the complimentary wash), so I decided to just wait on site. I was on my way in just over an hour with the scheduled update, new car fob batteries and a clean car! Very pleased with the service and responsiveness of the staff.

However, one thing that frequently occurs and annoys me is that the technician did not leave my controls in the position that they were when I dropped the car off. "Service dept was great; sales terrible. " As usual service was top notch. Not so for sales. I asked for a price for my car and it was so low it was delivered by service dept rep, not in person, not on paper, no discussion. If you are currently overstocked, etc and not buying say so. Deliver bad news in person. I am selling my excellent condition low mileage car to buy a truck so could not trade in for an Audi. Rate this experience as zero for this sales assoc.
