"The Best!" I buy my car here just because the service is so fantastic, from the phone call to book an appointment to the pick up of my clean car.
"Recall repair" Quick to schedule appt. Received great loaner car and return of service was quick and easy. Would recommend to friend and family. Will schedule second recall when part becomes available.
"New Car" My rep David did a nice job of explaining the options U had for the car I wanted and the price point I wanted to pay. I was able to get both the car I wanted and the price I felt was fair. He also did a good job of walking me through all the features and new software my new car has. Very happy with my purchase
"High Quality Care" This dealer has the most professional and caring staff I have ever dealt with. They are efficient and incredibly reliable. Your are greeted with a smile and too have that same smile when you are leaving. This is a group of people that pay very close attention to detail and will do what it takes to make things right.
"Superb service and worth the two hour drive!" I live in Eugene Oregon where there is no Audi dealer. The closest is in Wilsonville. "Purchase of new SQ5" Joe was wonderful throughout my purchase of a new SQ5. Joe came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. He kept me informed through out the process of the car being shipped from Houston to your location. He also was wonderful in explaining the functions of the electronics in the car.
