"Service dept was great; sales terrible. " As usual service was top notch. Not so for sales. I asked for a price for my car and it was so low it was delivered by service dept rep, not in person, not on paper, no discussion. If you are currently overstocked, etc and not buying say so. Deliver bad news in person. I am selling my excellent condition low mileage car to buy a truck so could not trade in for an Audi. Rate this experience as zero for this sales assoc.
"Unusual circumstances" I just bought my 3rd Q-5 and 6th Audi last Wednesday from Josh Jeffrey. I had had it a few days and the tire blew out! Obviously, I had a defective tire. When I got to the dealership Edward said I was more than likely going to have to buy a tire and get re-reimbursed from the manufacturer. That really irritated me but I knew I would re-coop the money. "Safety Recall" I appreciated the thoughtful care I received when I brought my Audi Q5 in for a safety recall. The service writer noted that I was within a five hundred miles of a scheduled service, so she suggested that they could do the scheduled service now and save me having to return for it in a couple of weeks. I greatly appreciate that thoughtfulness o n their part!
"Audi auto recalls (two)" The service by Dee Sanchez was outstanding! She was prepared and knowledgeable when she greeted me and checked in my Audi Q5 for servicing. She also provided me with a loaner vehicle.
"Trying Audi one more time!" I actually didn't think I would ever go back to Audi after the diesel fraud on my Audi A3. Why would you buy a vehicle from a company you couldn't trust? "Great experience with first Audi" Everyone was very helpful in answering questions and did not pressure us into buying any particular car, although they indicated that the Q cars were selling as fast as they came in. We ended up purchasing a Q7 and so far are very happy with our decision. The employees are very professional and are knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle.
