"Great Customer Service" Worked w a new service employee... Brian. He did a great job and was proactive. Their systems were down due to an update but he was still able to allocate a loaner car and make the process as seamless as possible despite the hiccup.
"Looking Forward" Living on ther Coast in a small community I always look forward to a trip to the big city. I especially look forward to my trips to Wilsonville Audi. I know when I arrive there I will be treated well, but more imporrtantly my car will be treated well! I will leave knowing my car is in tip-top condition until my next trip. I enjoy driving my Audi and I enjoy driving it to Wilsonville Audi; who knows I might even spot my next Audi there!
"Out of her way..." My service tech (Dee Sanchez) went beyond scope and out of her way to help me with all my questions. She assisted me in getting the right type of service arrangement that saved me money in the long run. Just a continuing reason to return to Audi Wilsonville for future service.
"Recall repair" Ease of appointment, ready for me when I arrived with Loaner car. Very fast and efficient, Work done ahead of scheduled time promised. Very professional service.
"Excellent customer service" I am never disappointed by the service I receive at Audi Wilsonville. Absolutely stress frees s they go out of the way to help you. Dee Sanchez is superb.
"Attentive service with a nice customer waiting area." Needed to have my Q3 25,000 mile service with a manufacture recall. The service department reps are very kind and attentive. I decided to wait in your customer lounge and worked on my laptop. Very nice waiting area. Comfortable with fairly high speed wifi which made it easy to do work remotely. Thank you for your hospitality.
"Audi in for a minor recall" Was told the reprogramming would take an hour. It was actually less than an hour including hand wash and vacuum. I left very satisfied with the process.
"Very satisfied with purchase!" We flew into Portland late and Bill picked us up from airport and brought us to our hotel and then picked us up in the morning to bring us to dealership to pick up our car. Couldn't be more satisfied with service and vehicle. Bill was very professional to work with.
"Excellent new car purchase" We had been looking at A3's and A4's for awhile and Scott Bowman provide us with excellent service. He made the overall process enjoyable and what we appreciated most was his direct approach with a fair price to try and win our business. We did shop at the Beaverton Audi the day after our visit with Scott but it truly felt more like the clichéd car buying experience with the back and forth games between sales and finance.
