"Audi in for a minor recall" Was told the reprogramming would take an hour. It was actually less than an hour including hand wash and vacuum. I left very satisfied with the process.
"Very satisfied with purchase!" We flew into Portland late and Bill picked us up from airport and brought us to our hotel and then picked us up in the morning to bring us to dealership to pick up our car. Couldn't be more satisfied with service and vehicle. Bill was very professional to work with.

He made the overall process enjoyable and what we appreciated most was his direct approach with a fair price to try and win our business. "Great in all areas!" After driving three new Volvos over 30+ years, the dealership closed in Salem. I then drove a Toyota, which I did not like. I purchased a used Audi last year and brought it in for regular service. Rod was great from the time he greeted me at the door and was helpful in answering the questions I had about my car.
