"Great in all areas!" After driving three new Volvos over 30+ years, the dealership closed in Salem. I then drove a Toyota, which I did not like. I purchased a used Audi last year and brought it in for regular service. Rod was great from the time he greeted me at the door and was helpful in answering the questions I had about my car. I waited in the customer area for the two hours while my car was serviced. (Now that is another perk....it is so welcoming, with drinks and snacks.) "Routine Maintenance Service" A service agent always available, and many times, standing at the door to receive you. Very professional and knowledgeable service agents. A loaner vehicle available is one of my top priorities, since I need to go to work and continue my day while my vehicle is under service. No complains so far.
"25M maintenance" Overall fine but took a little longer than promised. Ms. Sanchez was very delightful to work with. That said, there wasn't alot to be done to the vehicle which included a recall software update for the sidemarkers.
